These terms cover your use of Pouncity, the pet-care diary. By signing in and using Pouncity, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Not veterinary advice. Pouncity gives general care guidance, including AI diet and grooming suggestions based on the details you enter. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a prescription diet, and it does not replace your veterinarian. For anything about your pet's health, and in any emergency, contact a vet.

1. What Pouncity is

Pouncity is one living diary for your pet: a profile, a daily feeding tap, AI diet and grooming guidance, and the ability to hand your pet's care to a sitter through a shareable link. Pouncity is currently an early pilot, so features may change, and parts of it may be unavailable from time to time.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure, and for the activity that happens under your Pouncity account. Tell us at supportpouncity@gmail.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Acceptable use

Use Pouncity only for looking after pets you are responsible for, or helping someone who invited you.
Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or that infringes someone else's rights.
Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other people's diaries.

4. Sharing and caregivers

When you create a handover link, anyone you give it to can sign in and see that pet's diary and log feedings, until you turn the link off. You decide who to invite, and you are responsible for that choice. You can revoke access at any time.

5. Your content

Your pet's data is yours. By using Pouncity, you give us permission to store and process that data so we can run the service for you, including sending the details you enter to our AI provider to generate diet and grooming guidance. We describe this in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and "as is"

Because Pouncity is a pilot, it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that reminders, plans, or the service will always be accurate, timely, or uninterrupted. Do not rely on Pouncity as the only safeguard for your pet's wellbeing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pouncity is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made in reliance on general guidance the app provides. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending use

You can stop using Pouncity at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing supportpouncity@gmail.com. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we discontinue the pilot.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. If we make a meaningful change, we will update the date above. Continuing to use Pouncity after a change means you accept the updated terms.
